Under build and operate, development partners build to the client’s plan and RoomPe runs it on a long-term contract.
What is the minimum hostel size RoomPe takes on?

Does RoomPe run the mess itself or use a caterer?
RoomPe runs food itself. Central kitchens and messes are operated by RoomPe and never sub-let to a contractor, because the meal is the most visible service in any hostel. Kitchens are FSSAI-certified, students get four meals a day, and shift workers get three meals timed to their roster.
How long does it take to hand a hostel over to RoomPe?
Six steps take a hostel from first conversation to live operations: letter of intent, site audit, scope of work, commercials, MOU and handover, and go-live. For universities, the MOU is signed and hostel operations are handed over at least 90 days before the academic term begins.
