Sectors RoomPe serves
RoomPe runs housing for three kinds of residents: students in university hostels, residential boarding schools and coaching institutes; corporate employees such as trainees, interns and project teams; and blue-collar workforces living near the plant. One operating system, C.A.R.T, runs all three.
Which sector pages should you read?
Start with the page that matches your residents. Universities, boarding schools and coaching institutes sit under student housing. Employers housing trainees, interns or project teams should read corporate accommodation. Employers housing production and contract workforces should read blue-collar workforce housing.

What changes from one sector to another?
The operating system stays the same; the rhythm changes. Students eat four meals a day on an academic calendar, workers eat three meals timed to shifts, boarding schools need housemasters and stricter supervision, and corporate residents expect furnished, connected rooms on arrival. RoomPe adapts formats, staffing and meal timings to each.

Frequently asked questions
Does RoomPe use different systems for students and workers?
No. Students, blue-collar and grey-collar workers and trainees all run on one operating platform and one service architecture, C.A.R.T. What changes is the configuration: room formats, meal timings, staffing roles, security rules and the measures reported each month. An employer housing both workers and trainees sees them on one dashboard.
Which sector does RoomPe have the longest track record in?
University hostels. RoomPe has run student housing since 2020, starting with a 60-bed campus in 2021, and now manages 1,000+ beds across 5 live campuses in Gujarat, including hostels for Darshan University in Rajkot and Navrachana University in Vadodara. Its management contract model was built for universities with existing hostels.
Can one employer use RoomPe for both workers and trainees?
Yes. RoomPe offers formats for every grade of workforce: shared dormitories, managed worker hostels, staff residences, and trainee and junior management housing. They run on one operating system, so an employer sees occupancy by plant, shift and grade on a single dashboard.
