How are incidents recorded and reported?
Every incident is logged with what happened, who responded and how it was closed, so the record is traceable. Incident and grievance logs are visible to the institution or employer on the dashboard and summarised in the monthly MIS, giving the administration something it can show parents, auditors or a customer welfare review.
How are security staff hired?
Security staff are hired against a defined manpower structure agreed before mobilisation, background-verified, and trained with role-specific modules. HR compliance is handled entirely by RoomPe, so the institution or employer has one accountable operator instead of a separate security agency.
