How does hiring work at RoomPe?
Every RoomPe hire goes through verification and background checks and receives role-specific training before working on site. Existing hostel staff at new sites may join RoomPe where the client agrees, and are trained on RoomPe SOPs. HR compliance is handled by RoomPe.
